What I bring as your Authentic Movement Instructor
I began my studies with Janet Adler in 1981. Over the years, I have offered weekly classes, workshops, individual work, retreats, monthly labs and more recently, 2 year long trainings.
Passing on this form of Authentic Movement, cultivating awareness through embodied experience, developing a loving inner witness, and extending that to all movers in this wild universe is what’s calling me in this present moment.

For those new to the practice or new to working with me, you will primarily be moving and not witnessing. We will incorporate a verbal sharing out of our experience.
In all of my workshops, we explore the practice of moving eyes closed with a witness. The invitation is to learn how to trust and know the wisdom of our own bodies, what they carry, what they know, how they transform, and how to develop an inner loving witness so that we can see ourselves and one another.
